MCR prides itself in teaching children the importance of caring for the environment and developing a respect for nature. Each classroom leads out to a beautiful Outdoor Classroom where children have the opportunity to interact with nature on a daily basis. Dr. Montessori stated “man still belongs to nature, and especially when he is a child, he…draws from it the forces necessary to the development of the body and of the spirit.”
